Membership:

An amount of Rs.20/- per month in advance is being recovered from the salaries of the employees and in exceptional cases the employees are being permitted to remit the amount of membership in cash through banks every month. The membership of the Institute is open to all S.C Railway employees including the staff of ZRTI, RPF and S & T training center. The families of all members shall have the same privileges as the members themselves excepting that they shall not be entitled to vote at meetings or to hold office in the institute.

The present membership of the Institute is 320.

Honorary membership for 16 local residents were given for a short period of one month during July, 2006 by the Executive Committee and the same has been dispensed with due to practical difficulties experienced. Membership fee of Rs.50/- was collected from them.
