DRAFT RESOLUTIONS PROPOSED TO BE ADOPTED BY THE GENERAL BODY ON 24-03-2006

Resolution No.1 The 1st General Body Meet of the South Central Railway Institute, Moula-ali held on 24.3.2006 at Hyderabad resolves to place on record the efforts made by Smt. Vandana Singal, DRM/HYB in successful implementation of Waste to Wealth Management system under Bio-degradable waste, duly motivating the women residing in Railway colony, Moula-ali. The implementation of this scheme has been appreciated by one and all and the August Body appeals to the residents of Moula-ali Railway colony to continue the same duly motivating others to follow the system.

Resolution No.2 The 1st Annual General Body Meet of the South Central Railway Institute Moula-ali held on 24.3.2006 at Hyderabad resolves that the Executive committee may be empowered to fix the charges for letting out the Institute hall and its premises keeping in view of its utility. Till such time, the existing charges may be allowed to continue

Resolution No.3 The 1st General Body meet of the South Central Railway Institute, Moula-ali held on 24.3.2006 at Hyderabad empowers the executive committee with all financial powers to manage the affairs of the Institute, i.e to set up a Library with books, Health/Yoga classes and other recreational facilities.

Resolution No. 4 The 1st General Body meet of the South Central Railway Institute, Moula-Ali held on 24-03-2006 at Hyderabad request the S.C. Railway Administration to consider release of funds from SBF Committee to the extend of Rs. 1,48,762/- (one lakh forty eight thousand seven hundred sixty two only) as proposed vide this institutor's letter No.RI/MLY/2005 dt.26-9-2005

RECORD OF APPRECIATION OF SERVICES RENDERED BY SMT. VANDANA SINGHAL, DRM/HYB TO RAILWAY INSTITUTE, MOULA-ALI AS A PRESIDENT DURING HER TENURE

The Executive committee of Railway Institute in its meeting held on 08-07-2006 at 19:00 hrs. resolves to place it on record the services rendered by Smt. Vandana singhal, DRM/HYB during her tenure as President. Because of her continuous persuasion at all levels and her able guidance/directions the Institute has been equipped with all the infrastructure/Recreational facilities for the members. The credit for successful conduct of various programs jointly organized by Railway Institute, Health Unit and colony care committee, such as, “World Anti Tuberculosis Day on 24-04-2006, Blood Donation camp, Inauguration of Renovated RI building, World Environment Day on 05-06-2006 goes to her and remains on record of the Institute for ever.

The Executive committee here by Resolves to place it on record the efforts made by Smt. Vandana Singhal, DRM/HYB during her tenure to the residents of Moula-ali Railway colony for improving the living conditions by providing required basic amenities and by introducing advanced technology through various schemes in the present day of changed scenario. The Waste to wealth management system under Bio degradable waste introduced and successfully implemented in Moula-ali Railway colony has been appreciated by one and all.
